The en-suite dormer window in the rear elevation of the dwelling shall be glazed in obscure glass within three months of the date of this consent and it shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
