The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,757.14 B, 757.16 B, 7573.1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. That prior to the commencement of works, a repair schedule should be submitted including details of remedial works for damp. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
