The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of works, a repair schedule should be submitted including details of remedial works for damp.
