Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, MB08, MB07, MB06, MB05 ,MB04 & MB03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the re-used timber in the lintel shall be retained in situ, and that all works to reopen the door be finished to match the adjacent fabric in materials, texture and style. Reason: To retain historic fabric on site and preserve the special architectural and historic interest of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
