Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, HR-1082/04, OS Sitemap Scale 1:500, RW-1082/05, BR/ADV/HARD/H & BR/ADV/HARD/V, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works to replace the ground floor sash windows in the north-western elevation as detailed on drawing number HR-1082/04 a full investigation into the historic fabric in the area to be enlarged, including exploratory opening up works shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
