Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: i) dark stained boarding to exterior of curtilage listed outbuilding. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P10/W1961/DIS

The bricks and roof tiles to be used for the works hereby permitted shall be as per the sample submitted on 9 December 2010, and the lime mortars to be used shall be as per the details submitted as part of the application. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The works to the south east wall of the outbuilding and the repairs to the timber frame of the outbuilding shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the details submitted as part of the current application. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
