Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Location Plan at a scale of 1:1250, Ground Floor Plan, Stove Installation Ref PM/C-JP D1 in Design and Access Statement dated 11 October 2010, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

In the event that the proposed works require the existing brickwork in the fire place to be repaired or re-pointed the details of the bricks and lime mortar specification shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
