That within 6 months of the first use of any part of the building hereby permitted, or such other longer time that may be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the remaining buildings shown to be demolished on drawing P04 Rev A (buildings A, B and G) shall be demolished and the materials removed from the land, save for any that might be recycled for use in the carrying out of the development.
