All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of the proposed drains, gutters and down pipes, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 6 months of the date of this permission. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of the proposed timber boarding, including finish and details of the sedum roof, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 6 months of the date of this permission.
