Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BS208/001A, BS208/000A, BS208/100B BS208/101B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works a detailed specification of any external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in strict accordance with the details as approved. Reason: To safeguard the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works, details of proposed heat and sound insulation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works, details of fire safety upgrades to the fabric shall be submtited to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
