Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BS167/1/101A, BS167/1/120, BS167/1/100 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of work joinery details at a scale of 1:20 of the windows and internal doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That prior to the commencement of works a drawing at a scale of 1:50 of all flues, vents and external extraction shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That all internal stud partition walls shall be constructed from timber.
Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That all internal walls ceilings and surfaces shall be made good following the subdivision.
Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
