Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Proposed Floor Plan, Proposed Front Elevation, Proposed Rear Elevation, Proposed End (south) Elevation, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W0246/DIS

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Bricks for the plinth b. Clay tiles c. Timber cladding and finish Reason: to safeguard the setting of the listed building and the character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
