The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, N253-HE-23.0 REV A, N253-HE-22.0 REV A, N253-HE-15.0 REV A, N253-14.0 REV A, N253-HE-24.0, N253-HE-18.0 REV A, N253-HE-20.0, N253-HE-21.0, N253-HE-16.0, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
