Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 207 - 46 and Schedule of Works received on 5th August 2005, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That a sample panel of the wall showing the proposed flint and brick to be used, size, coursing and pointing style shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panel shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON5 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the flint and brickwork to be used in the wall shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON5 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
