Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0107/10 as shown on plan numbers S9-410-P001 (A) S9-410- P000, 6166C, 6165C, 6207, 6261, 6265 & 6318 accompanying such application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed by the Head of Sustainable Development in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That no development shall take place until the trees and hedgerows on the site which are to be retained and which are adjacent to or within the development area, have been protected during building operations by means of a protective fence around the edge of the canopy of the trees. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality (C1:SOLP2011).

That all planting, seeding or turfing comprised in drawing number 6165 Rev C shall be carried out in the first planting season following the occupation of the extended playing field by the school or the completion of the development, which ever is sooner, and any trees or plants which within a period of five years die, are removed or become seriously damaged shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Head of Sustainable Development gives written consent to any variations. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area, to preserve the amenities of the neighbouring occupiers and to ensure the creation of a pleasant environment. (C1, D4:SOLP2011).

That prior to the commencement of the development full details of how the export and disposal of excavated material from the site will be minimised shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the Local Highway Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to minimise the impact on the local highway network (R1:SOLP2011).

That prior to the first use of the development a method statement detailing all users and anticipated times of use of the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the Local Highway Authority. Reason: In order that car parking pressure is not generated by attendees of sports events and in the interests of highway safety (R1:SOLP2011).
