The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Dwg No's P11 Rev H, P13 Rev A, P14 Rev G and P15 Rev H , except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P10/W1563/DIS

That prior to the commencement of works, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: a. The finish of the back of the fireplace following the removal of the modern bricks b. The two replacement sky lights (at a scale of 1:20) Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and with advice contained within PPS5.
