Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 202 P1, 203 P2, 204 P2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Windows and doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1;20. b. Position of Flues and vent pipes. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1, CON2, CON3 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
