Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/W1487/DIS

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1060-P01 and 1060-P02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the new kitchen door shall be constructed in accordance with the details submitted on drawing 1060-P02. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

That the new stone mullion window to the west gable shall be constructed from a matching stone to that as existing, re-use existing metalwork and ironmongery and be constructed to the profile details as submitted in drawing 1060-P02. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

That the new partition to bedroom 4 shall be constructed from timber studwork and plasterboard to fit within the existing historic timber frame structure. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

That works of raking out and re-pointing to the chimneys and west gable shall be undertaken using traditional hand-tools. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a specification for the lime mortar to be used in repairs and repointing shall be submitted and approved prior to the relevant part of the works commencing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
