The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies C2, G6, H13 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That no flues or extracts other than those identified on the attached plans shall be installed without the relevant consent from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the additional accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and incidental to the occupation and use of the existing property Little Stoke House, Little Stoke as a single dwelling house, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately thereafter.
Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the grade II listed building and because the creation of a separate dwelling in this location would be contrary to Policies CON5 and H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
