Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, SK-100905-1, SK-100905-2, and information contained within the Design and Access Statement 16/06/2010 - Revision A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, prior to the commencement of works a detailed method statement in relation to the demolition of the internal partition wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory and safeguard the historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works details of any new insulation shall be submitted to an approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
