That, having regard to the location of the dwelling at the end of the existing built line of development on Winterbrook Lane the development would result in an intrusive form of development which would extend the built limits of the settlement in to the open countryside, detracting from the rural landscape, contrary to policies G2, G4 and H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. The case put forward by the applicant is not considered sufficient justification to set aside these Policies.
