The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the building on the northern boundary wall shall be protected during construction and retained thereafter. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the Great Milton Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
