The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Series 05080: L01 Rev A, P06 Rev B, P07,P08, P09, P10 Rev A, P11, P12 Rev A, P13, P15 Rev A, P16 Rev A, P20 Rev A, P21 Rev B, P25, P26, P27, P28 Rev A, P40, P74, 4116:700 and CH.JH.1., except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That except as provided by conditions 1 and 2 above, the development shall be undertaken in compliance with the conditions imposed by decision letter dated 16 June 2008 issued by The Planning Inspectorate in respect of application P07/W0472.
