The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the proposed rooflight shall be of a flush fitting conservation type. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with policies G2 and CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works of making good shall match adjacent work with regards to colour, texture, profile, material and finish. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2 and CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works to the roof shall be carried out in accordance with details shown in drawing 8320/01 Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2 and CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
