Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the front elevation sketch received on 18 March, 2010, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P10/W1134/DIS

Samples of stone to be used for the piers shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The ironwork shall be painted black in accordance with details on the application. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
