Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Details of the brick bond shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works on the site. The bricks to be used in the construction of the extension shall be painted as detailed in the application prior to the first occupation of the extension. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings in respect of the windows and doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works a detailed specification of the rainwater goods shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and any such works shall be implemented in strict accordance with the details as approved. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
