Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0041/10 as shown on plan numbers 36/SLPa, /01b, /02b, /03b, /04b, /05b, /06b, /07b, /08b and /09b accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and County Planning Act, 1990.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31/05/2015 the building and canopy be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (CC6:RSS2026; G2, G6: SODCLP2011).

The canopy hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified in the application and on the plans hereby approved, or in materials which shall first be approved by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity (CC6:RSS2026; D1:SODCLP2011).
