The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Windows at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 together with details of the finish Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Stone Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

Sample panels of facing stonework showing the proposed stone to be used, size, coursing and pointing style shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
