Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no window(s), door(s) or other openings other than those shown on the approved plan(s) shall be inserted in the south elevation of the garage.
Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policy D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
