Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 11 512-011e and 12d, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of works details of the thermal, acoustic or fire safety upgrades required as a result of the change of use shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the historic and architectural character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

In connection with the implementation of this permission no construction works shall take place outside the hours of 07:00 to 19:00 Mondays to Fridays and 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. Works shall not take place at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The developer, if necessary, should negotiate with nearby businesses to schedule some quiet periods during the working day. Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise and dust disturbance during the development of the site in accordance with South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Policy EP1 -Prevention of Polluting Emissions.
