Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That detailed information in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. The traditional bond, type of pointing and lime mortar mix to be used in the construction of the walls b. Joinery details for all new timber windows and doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Red/orange brick to match those of the chimney stack b. Lead for the roof showing the intended finish/treatment. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the foundations for the new structure shall be constructed in accordance with details submitted in drawing no: WALDEN/01:10/1 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local authority, and that protection be provided for the historic rubblestone wall during the course of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
