The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

All new rainwater goods shall be traditionally detailed powder coated aluminium Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all new works and works making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
