Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the walls and roof of the extension hereby approved shall be as submitted (timber cladding - Western Red Cedar and white render for the walls and grey power coated aluminium and sedum planted roof), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the design are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the tree protection measures shall be carried out in accordance with the Arboriculture Report dated 5 June 2009 and the Tree Protection Method Statement dated 24 August 2009, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the existing trees on the site in accordance with Policy C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the extension hereby approved shall remain ancillary to Burntwood Hall and shall not be occupied separately.
Reason: In accordance with housing policies as set out in Policy H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
