The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application P10/W0005 as shown on Drg.No's 1, 2, 4, Plan A and Information sheet No.6.2. accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with the Development Plan Policies.
No spoil or materials shall be deposited or stored on the site.
Reason: To prevent increased risk of flooding due to impedance of flood flows and reduction of flood storage capacity in accordance with advice contained within PPS25.
That no building or raising of land levels other than the details shown in the application shall take place within the site.
