Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 08.233 02/A, 11A, 12A, 13A, 10B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new rainwater goods shall be cast iron painted black.
