Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The signs hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
