Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 10-2152-01 & BR0028-C except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire after a period of 3 years from the date hereof, and the building(s) hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and E3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The development shall be carried out in all respects in accordance with the submitted Arboricultural Method Statement by Heritage Tree Services and supplementary information provided by email dated 11th January 2011. Tree protection measures shall be installed prior to any on site works and retained for the duration of construction. Reason: In order to safeguard important trees in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, C9, D1 and E3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
