Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TDS 149/CS 1000, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details of windows and doors at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 b. Details of rainwater goods Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The lead-work for the roof shall be flashed into the mortar joints of the adjoining walls only and retained as such thereafter. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
