Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, diagrams for single opening casement Georgian windows, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, sectional details of the proposed windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Thereafter the windows shall be installed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To protect the special historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
