The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 09/1214/31A, 32A, 26A, 27A, 28A, 29A, 30A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the demolition work hereby permitted shall not commence until a contract for the redevelopment of the site in accordance with a planning permission has been entered into and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Rotherfield Greys Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
