Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 10/039-01 rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The parking and turning areas shall be retained in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing 10/039-01 rev A and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles at all times. Reason: in the interest of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 and Appendix 5 (Car Parking Standards) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The use of the site shall only be in accordance with the details specified in the Schedule of Additional Information submitted as part of the current application, such that a maximum of 5 horses shall be kept on site, and the site shall not be used for any commercial activity other than the livery use permitted, and not for any hiring, hacking, riding tuition or equestrian training purposes. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to safeguard the character and appearance of the surrounding rural area, in accordance with Policies G2, G4, G6, C1, R10 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
