Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plan, 1058/01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to their first use, the flues shall be painted black and so retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, joinery details at scales 1:20 and 1:5 for the proposed front door shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works, and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That joinery details at scales 1:20 and 1:5 of the proposed replacement windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of the works, and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
