Insufficient information has been submitted to demonstrate that the existing office use is no longer economically viable and the site has been marketed for at least a year for that use and for any other suitable employment uses. As such the proposed change of use of the premises to a residential use would be unacceptable in principle, contrary to Policies G2 and E6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and advice contained within PPS4.
