Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/E1730/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plan, "Rear Kitchen Window at 50 Greys Hill", except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, notwithstanding the details shown on the approved plan, detailed joinery details at a scale of 1:20 showing the removal of the fan light in the middle panel and opening casement windows in the side panels of the window hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to work commencing. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
