Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 09.07.01 and 02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6, H13 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That prior to the first occupation of the extensions hereby permitted the windows proposed at first floor level on the side elevation shall be constructed with obscured glass, and shall be retained and maintained as such.
Reason: To prevent overlooking in accordance with policies H13 and D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That prior to the first occupation of the extensions hereby permitted, two off street parking spaces, each measuring 5m in length and 2.5m in width shall be formed on the site, and shall be so retained and maintained.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of off-street parking in accordance with Polices T1 and T2 and Appendix 5 (Car Parking Standards) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
