Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 686/23, 19, 20, 22, 21, , except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the residential use hereby permitted shall be confined to the areas of the building specified on plans reference 686/22 and 21.
Reason: As the use of additional areas of the building for residential purposes would be contrary to Policies H6, G2, C2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and incidental to the use of the existing property, West Down House,as a single dwelling house, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: Permission is granted on the basis that the use will be incidental to the main house as unrelated use would be contrary to Policies H6, G2, C2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the new windows shall be conservation style and shall be flush fitting, as specified in the application.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
