Restoration of Temporate House within the grounds of Friar Park. Some minor alterations. (As amended by Drawing Nos: 4124/P/05A, 06A, 10A, 12A and 13 A and Proposed Repairs and Method Statement accompanying agent's e-mail dated 12 August 2010)
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 4124/P/05A, /06A, /10A, /11, /12A and /13A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That further details in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a) A specification for the proposed solar PV panels to the West elevation
b) A specification for the heat exchange system, making clear the locations and appearance of service runs and ducting
c) A specification for all new flues, vents or extracts
d) A specification for the new cast iron, ogee profile rainwater goods
e) Joinery details at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 for all new windows and doors
f) Drawings at a scale of 1:5 for the new cast iron grilles to cover the service ducts within the floor
g) A specification for the lime mortar to be used in the repairs and construction of areas of brick work
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON5, CON7, CON15, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
Prior to the commencement of development samples in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:
a) Final floor finish to the western aisle and the temperate house
b) Brick sample for the repairs to the existing plinth and construction of a new section of wall to the north.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON5, CON7, CON15, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
