The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

The triangular window serving bed 2A in the east elevation of the dwelling shall either be glazed in obscure glass and fixed shut prior to the first occupation of the accommodation or shall be positioned a minimum of 1.7 metres above the floor of the room in which the window is installed and it shall be retained as such thereafter.
