Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, DT.10, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of development samples of any new bricks to be used in the rebuilding of the wall hereby permitted shall be provided on site for inspection and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON5, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, prior to the commencement of development, a specification of a lime mortar to be used in the rebuilding of the wall hereby permitted shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works will take place fully in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON5, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the new section of wall to be re-built shall be constructed using Flemish garden wall bond to match the dominant bond of the existing wall. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON5, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of development, a structural engineers report shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This report should give a detailed specification of traditional footings to be used in the foundations that will support the re-built wall. Thereafter the works will take place fully in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON5, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
