That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 5597/AR and 5597-SK01C,5997-010A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
