The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

The scheme shall ensure:

P18/S1034/DISConcurrent with the submission of comprehensive details of the proposed landscape works, a maintenance schedule and along term management plan for the soft landscaping works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The schedule and plan shall be implemented in accordance with the agreed programme.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C1, C2, D1, and A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of development full details of how the spoil arising from the development hereby approved will be removed from the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The spoil shall thereafter be disposed of in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure the proper disposal of the spoil generated by the development in the interests of the visual appearance of the site and wider landscape in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C1, C2, D1 and A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C1, C2, D1 and A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the proposed effluent drainage system shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
